On March 8th and 9th, Villa San Michele opens its doors once again for Sensòria: a celebration of artisanal mastery in collaboration with Non Solo.Vino. Join us for a journey through the terroir and flavors in the heart of Valpolicella.
There is a place where wine and food are more than just products, they are the catalyst for a shared story of heritage and passion. That place is Villa San Michele, which on March 8th and 9th, 2026, will host the third edition of Sensòria. In just two years, this event has established itself as a definitive benchmark for those who live and breathe the world of taste as both a profession and a culture.
Born from the synergy between Ugolini Vini and the agency Non Solo.Vino, the symposium gathers hand-picked artisans from the Italian and international enogastronomic scenes. It is a space designed for direct connection far from the frantic pace of large-scale trade fairs and deeply rooted in authenticity.
The 2026 Catalog: Quality, Identity, and New Energy
The 2026 edition features 40 premier producers across the wine and food sectors. This curated selection begins in Italy, championing local territories and artisanal supply chains, while expanding to include prestigious international guests.
Alongside the brands that defined the success of the first two editions, we welcome new faces ready to bring fresh perspectives to the table. Among the most anticipated guests are several estates from Champagne, signaling an ever-growing dialogue between world-class wine cultures.
Sensòria is growing not just in numbers, but in the variety and quality of its offering, while maintaining a strict philosophy: rigorous selection and a fierce sense of identity.
A Word from the Founders
"The secret to success for small, high-end companies today lies in the power of the network," says Francesco Gusmini, owner of Non Solo.Vino. "Moving together through initiatives like Sensòria, uniting producers who share a common denominator of quality and craftsmanship, is the only way to remain truly competitive and communicate our value to the HO.RE.CA. world."
This enthusiasm is shared by Giambattista Ugolini, who emphasizes the hospitality that has always defined Villa San Michele: "It is a great pleasure for me to play host and welcome Sensòria once again. This is a magical moment for Valpolicella: having so many gastronomic excellences gathered under one roof is a magnificent opportunity to celebrate the beauty of Italy’s flavors alongside industry professionals."
The Program: Where Tasting Meets Insight
From 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Villa San Michele will transcend the traditional walk-around tasting to become a "living laboratory" designed to offer a complete sensory experience.
Over the two days, the tasting desks will be complemented by:
Show Cooking: live sessions hosted directly by the producers, showcasing the raw materials in action and their creative applications in the kitchen.
Masterclasses in the Sala Verde:
Blind Tasting: led by Marco Scandogliero, a signature event designed to challenge the technique and sensitivity of every palate.
New for 2026 – EVO Oil Masterclass: A guided tasting dedicated to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, curated by Frantoio Famiglia Orlandi, exploring a product at the very heart of Italian culinary culture.
