Valle Alta
Sacred Breath
Between the ancient limestone and the clay that shapes life, the wind whispers in the high valley that "looks towards Jerusalem", the southeast that lends precious acidity to its historic wine.
At 256 meters above sea level, on a slab of marl severe enough to force the vineyard to give its best, exposed to the morning sun that tans and fortifies the berries, the grape prepares for the long drying that gives the wine the composed strength of its essence.
Exuding utmost finesse in a symphony of scents and tastes, striving for a philosophical equilibrium between character and talent.
