San Michele
Olio Extravergine di Oliva

The Grignano and Favaról olive trees grow on a tuffaceous plateau about 200 meters above sea level, caressed by a constant breeze, producing a fine oil with a strong identity.
San Michele is an elegant and harmonious oil, marked by a solid structure and a distinct savoriness. On the nose, it opens with a light fruitiness, followed by notes of green apple, lime, a hint of spice, and final aromas of artichoke and thyme.
Thanks to its refined aromatic profile, it pairs perfectly with raw fish, vegetables such as White Asparagus from Bassano, and hand-chopped meat tartare — especially Fassona Piemontese — to which it adds depth and freshness without overpowering the flavors.
